There are several ways older adults can access our physiotherapy, and which one applies depends on your circumstances. We’re happy to talk through what you may be eligible for.
We welcome DVA clients. DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral. Ask your GP for a referral for physiotherapy under a DVA Treatment Cycle.
If you live with an ongoing health condition, your GP may prepare a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). You pay for each visit in full, and Medicare pays a rebate back to you for a set number of physiotherapy visits each year.
We partner with Support at Home providers to deliver physiotherapy under your package — including short-term, goal-focused care through the Restorative Care Pathway.
For entry-level support, we provide physiotherapy that keeps you active and independent for longer.
You’re welcome to engage us privately, with no referral needed. Ask us about current fees.
Funding rules are set by government programs and can change; we’ll always confirm the current details for your situation. For program information, see myagedcare.gov.au, dva.gov.au and servicesaustralia.gov.au.
Elderhood Enabled partners with aged-care providers to deliver physiotherapy directly to clients in their homes and communities, with reliable reporting and coordinated care.
Physiotherapy under the ongoing classification and quarterly budget model — pain management, mobility maintenance, falls prevention and prescribed exercise — integrated with your care-management team.
As your physiotherapy subcontractor, we deliver intensive, goal-oriented, time-limited intervention (up to 16 weeks) to restore function after hospitalisation or a setback and delay the need for higher-level support.
Targeted physiotherapy for CHSP providers — group exercise, mobility assessment and falls-prevention education — delivered reliably under the current grant model.
