Apps & digital tools

Tools that travel with your care

Elderhood Enabled builds digital tools that make care more measurable for clinicians and more manageable for families. Here’s what’s in use today — and what’s on the way.

In use today

EE Tools — measurement built into every visit

Our clinician suite of validated assessment tools powers every Elderhood Enabled visit: balance, strength, mobility, falls confidence, pain observation in dementia, and more — scored digitally, tracked over time, and reported clearly to your GP, provider or case manager. It’s how “getting stronger” becomes something you can actually see.

For clinicians and providers: a licensed edition of EE Tools (EE Tools Pro) is in development. Register your interest and we’ll let you know when it opens.

EE Carer Companion — for families living with dementia

A calm, practical app for family carers: understand what changed and why, build a one-page wellbeing profile you can hand to the GP or hospital, keep track of your own steadiness, and navigate aged-care services without the jargon. Information, planning and organisation for the carer — designed local-first, with no accounts and no data collection.

Register your interest and we’ll keep you updated as the Carer Companion develops — and let you know first when it’s available.

For EE clients

Companion apps, included with your care

Elderhood Enabled clients and their families receive our companion apps free as part of their care as they roll out — a home-program app with your prescribed exercises and photo prompts, a weekly check-in between visits, and a class companion for our group activities. Ask for a demonstration during your next appointment.

Our apps provide information, education, planning and organisation support. They do not diagnose, monitor or treat any medical condition, and they are not a substitute for advice from your health professionals.
