There are several ways older adults can access our physiotherapy — you don’t always pay out of pocket. We’re happy to talk through what you may be eligible for.
If you hold a Veteran Card, physiotherapy in your home may be fully covered with a referral from your GP. We bill DVA directly.
If you live with an ongoing health condition, your GP may prepare a care plan that subsidises a number of physiotherapy visits each year under Medicare.
We partner with Support at Home providers to deliver physiotherapy under your package — including short-term, goal-focused care through the Restorative Care Pathway.
For entry-level support, we provide physiotherapy that keeps you active and independent for longer.
You’re welcome to engage us privately, with no referral needed. Ask us about current fees.
Funding rules are set by government programs and can change; we’ll always confirm the current details for your situation. For program information, see myagedcare.gov.au, dva.gov.au and servicesaustralia.gov.au.
Elderhood Enabled partners with aged-care providers to deliver physiotherapy directly to clients in their homes and communities, with reliable reporting and coordinated care.
Physiotherapy under the ongoing classification and quarterly budget model — pain management, mobility maintenance, falls prevention and prescribed exercise — integrated with your care-management team.
As your physiotherapy subcontractor, we deliver intensive, goal-oriented, time-limited intervention (up to 16 weeks) to restore function after hospitalisation or a setback and delay the need for higher-level support.
Targeted physiotherapy for CHSP providers — group exercise, mobility assessment and falls-prevention education — delivered reliably under the current grant model.

If you live with an ongoing health condition, your GP may prepare a chronic condition care plan that subsidises a number of physiotherapy visits each year under Medicare. Ask your GP whether a care plan suits your situation.
